Requirements

If you are the producer and your product is grown, raised or harvested in BC, you are eligible to sell with us.

All farms selling food (vegetables, fruit, dairy, meat, seafood, alcohol) must follow the Guideline for the Sale of Foods at Temporary Food Markets put out by Vancouver Coastal Health. Please familiarize yourself with the information contained within this guide before applying to become a vendor.

Intake Schedule

We accept primary producers on an on-going basis throughout the season depending on need, however, target intake months are March/April for summer season and October/November for winter.

Interested primary producer vendors may complete a Vendor Interest Form. Forms are kept on file for a market calendar year – May to April. If you do not hear from us and are still interested, please do not hesitate to resubmit.
