Lita’s Mexican Foods

Lita’s Mexican Foods is a family orientated, small business that began with a tortilla dough recipe from Argelio’s mother. After many tries and some time, we finally made an Authentic Mexican Flour Tortilla that reminded Argelio of Mexico and brought back a Mexican food staple into his Canadian life. Did we mention their vegan too!

Cedar Isle Farm

cedarisleCedar Isle Farm is nestled between tall mountains on rich and fertile soil near Agassiz, at the eastern end of the Fraser Valley. We are one of very few local farms that produce certified organic grains. Our products include oats, wheat, and rye, which are rolled, milled into whole grain flour, or available as kernels. Our other certified organic products are garlic and eggs as well as straw and hay by the bale. Cedar Isle Farm is a magical place where we protect and develop natural habitats and wildlife flourishes. Our products are grown and handled with pride and we are delighted to share them with you at the Vancouver Farmers Market.
