Celebrate the harvest with Vancouver Farmers Markets at RIPE 2016!

Our annual RIPE harvest celebration showcases the best of local ingredients from our farmers and producers paired with some of Vancouver’s finest chefs and restaurants. This year, we have confirmed top chefs Clement Chan of Torafuku, Meeru Dhalwala of Vij’s Rangoli, Ned Bell of Chefs for Oceans, Quang Dang of West Restaurant, Deniz Tarakcioglu of Cafe Medina, Karen McAthy of Blue Heron Creamery, Ryan Reed of Nomad, and Shelome Bouvette of Chicha.
RIPE 2016 will feature 8 mouth-watering small plate tasting stations, craft beverages from BC Wine Studio and Persephone Brewing, seasonal cocktails from Gillespie’s Fine Spirits and Salt Spring Coffee, and dessert tastings artfully prepared from fresh, seasonal and sustainably harvested food.
