The Vancouver Farmers Markets community is made up of a diverse community of farmers, fishermen, artisans, food preparers and more. Vendor schedules are now online - visit the vendor listings below to find the vendor you're looking for. Farm Vendors - fruit, vegetable and plant growers, wild harvesters of fish and non-timber forest products, dairy and cheese producers and ranchers of meat and poultry. Everything is grown or harvested in BC. Farm Vendor Listing

2011 Vendor Handbook

FARMERS, GROWERS, RANCHERS, WILD HARVESTERS & FISHERMEN
We accept farm vendors on an on-going basis throughout the season. If you are the producer and your product is grown, raised or harvested in BC, you are eligible to sell with us. Below is a list of items we currently have a wait-list for and are NOT accepting applications at this time:

blueberries
salmon
nursery items (with the exception of cut flowers)
organic tree fruit
organic greens, lettuces, root crops (with the exception of potatoes)

If you have these products, feel free to complete a VENDOR INTEREST FORM (available at the bottom of this page) and we will add you to our wait-list.

PREPARED FOOD VENDORS
Prepared Food Vendors are encouraged to complete a Vendor Interest Form (bottom of the page) and submit it to our office. We review Vendor Interest Forms from January to March for the Summer Season and August to September for the Winter Season.

We will review all the forms we have on file at those times and get back to you if we have space for you and your product. If you do not hear from us, we do not have space at this time.

All prepared food vendors must follow the Guidelines for Sale of Food at Temporary Markets. Please familiarize yourself with the information contained within this guide before applying to become a vendor with prepared foods.

CRAFT VENDORS
We accept new craft vendors once a year through our annual craft jury. Craft vendors are juried for 3 years at a time. **PLEASE NOTE: We have already begun the craft jury pre-screening process for the 2012 season and we are no longer accepting new vendors to this process at this time.
