What’s Fresh at the West End- June 24th

Now that it is officially summer, what better way to celebrate than shopping at the West End Market this Saturday?! We’re open 9-2, rain or shine (but we’re really hoping for sunshine).

Fresh Sockeye Salmon

Make sure to visit Blue Comet Seafood this weekend for some fresh Sockeye salmon fillets from the Nass River in Northern BC.  Celebrate the sunshine with barbecued salmon fillets and veggies like zucchini and potatoes!


Grand Opening at Riley Park

If you can’t make it to the West End on June 24th be sure to check out the Grand Opening of the Riley Park Farmers Market! Opening reception and cake service will be happening between 10-11am, the market will be running until 2pm! Located across the street from our Nat Bailey Winter Market, Riley Park will feature 30 local farms and producers!

If you’re feeling super adventurous, why not have a Saturday bike adventure and hit the West End, Trout Lake, and Riley Park Farmers Market?  Make it a summer goal!
