Friends of the Farmers Markets is a special initiative by Vancouver Farmers Markets, aimed at collaborating with our support network beyond the markets. This initiative provides additional benefits to our membership community. Eat the Seasons Poster
Neets is a local illustrator who creates artwork for the young, and young at heart. She is passionate about bringing a bit of playfulness to thoughtful conversations and is offering all VFM members a free downloadable resource poster. Titled “Eat the Seasons”, this poster is designed to help individuals and families learn, at a glance, about what fruits and vegetables are “in” and “out” of season.
From the artist: I envisioned this hanging in someone’s kitchen (or play kitchen!) and hope it can be a nice little guide as you try to eat local throughout the year.
