Downtown Farmers Market is now OPEN for the 2025 Season

Celebrating Indigenous History Month at Downtown Market!

Vancouver Farmers Markets (VFM) is welcoming Indigenous vendors into our markets—beginning with four Indigenous-owned businesses at the Downtown location this season. This new pilot program in partnership with Indigenous Tourism BC (ITBC) is a meaningful first step in our reconciliation journey: one taken with humility, gratitude, and a commitment to learning. It also reflects our shared intention to use the market as a platform for cultural exchange, community connection, and Indigenous economic empowerment.

Please give a warm welcome to the indigenous vendors who are joining us for the month of June (and potentially beyond):
