With longer days, sunshine, and fresh produce on the way, summer farmers markets are making their grand return! Vancouver Farmers Markets (VFM) is thrilled to announce the opening dates for our summer markets, bringing the freshest BC-grown and produced food straight to your neighborhood.
This year, more than ever, we are proud to be a part of the growing movement to support local farmers and businesses as the global trade challenges continue to impact the economy. The good news? At our farmers markets, everything is always 100% local—you never have to check the label! When you shop at the farmers market, you’re not just buying fresh, seasonal food—you’re investing in BC’s food security, supporting small local businesses, and keeping your dollars in the local economy.
Mark Your Calendars! Here’s When Your Favourite Markets Return:
- Riley Park Summer – Saturdays, April 5 – October 25 (10am – 2pm) Note: June 21 footprint shift due to Hillcrest Carnival
- Trout Lake – Saturdays, April 5 – October 25 (9am – 2pm)
- Kitsilano Summer – Sundays, May 4 – October 26 (10am – 2pm)
- West End – Saturdays, May 3 – October 25 (9am – 2pm) Early start by two weeks!
- Mt Pleasant – Sundays, May 4 – October 26 (10am – 2pm) Early start by two weeks!
- Downtown – Wednesdays, June 4 – December 17 (2pm – 6pm) Last four dates will move to South Plaza off Robson St.
- False Creek – Thursdays, June 5 – October 2 (3pm – 7pm)
