Check out these new vendors at Kerrisdale Farmers Market for August 15, 2015!
This week we welcome Float On Bakeshop & Cafe. Here’s a short blurb from their website:
Shael and Tobin are a husband and wife team who are passionate about food and coffee. Shael, who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, was forced to adapt her baking skills by learning to use gluten free flours and alternative ingredients in her recipes. Their two daughters are also sensitive to gluten and dairy and help to inspire Shael to create delicious and wholesome food they can enjoy.
For those of you who are looking for gluten free with a difference, make sure you stop by their stall this coming Saturday.
We’ve got a new food truck coming to Kerrisdale Farmers Market this weekend called Reel Mac and Cheese.
We offer gourmet, made from scratch macaroni and cheese with a variety of movie themed menu items. We have been in the mobile food biz for over ten years having two first class food concessions: Pennsylvania Dutch Funnel Cakes and Pub Grub. These trailers have been operating successfully at the Calgary Stampede and The PNE and will now be joined by their upstart little brother; Reel Mac and Cheese.
We’re please to welcome back Mogiana Coffee.
Here’s a quick excerpt from their story: Today’s demanding coffee drinkers know that 100% Arabica is where taste buds start smiling. Our great-great-grandparents figured that out back in the 1890’s. But then they went further. Their path led them to discover a rare kind of Arabica: the Bourbon Coffee.

Plus, we’ve got two certified organic produce vendors in addition to a great selection of traditional produce. For baked goods (in addition to the aforementioned Float On Bakeshop & Cafe) we’ve got A Bread Affair, and littlehomecook who does delightful mini loaves that you’ve really got to try.
