Get some local flavour at the Main St. Station Farmers Market on Wednesday September 10th, from 3-7pm in Thornton Park!
Fall is here and so are your fall favorites. Squash, kale, cabbage, carrots, beets, and potatoes will be available in abundance! Apples, pears, and other fall delights will roll into the market this week from the Okanagan, and other enchanted BC orchards.
Don’t miss out on the BC organic grass fed beef and lamb, sustainable Ocean Wise fish, and free-range eggs at the market this week. Wild mushrooms and other foraged delights, authentic French Canadian style savory pies, vegan pate, artisanal cheese, breads, scones and pastries will all be at your epicurean fingertips too!
Tomatoes, zucchini and many summer vegetables and fruits will still be available from the awesome BC growers at the Main St. Station Farmers Market. Also, look for artisanal chocolate, fresh cut flowers, handmade jewelry, original art cards, mouth watering food trucks, tips and advice from The Master Gardeners, and more!

RIPE is Vancouver Farmers Markets annual dinner celebration, showcasing Vancouver’s top culinary talent, paired with the best of VFM producers. Appetizers and a sit down feast of market-fare will take place at the elegant Roundhouse Exhibition Hall on Sunday, October 19th from 4-8pm. RIPE will feature signature cocktails, micro-brews, BC wines, live entertainment and a silent auction.
