As the weather gets warmer and the skies get brighter, April is an exciting month at the markets. We’re kicking the month off with Member Appreciation Days at both Nat Bailey and Hastings Park. You can expect to see some great savings – don’t forget your member card! Not a member yet? Sign-up online or at the market information booth.
We’ve got a great line-up of vendors to look forward to – bringing the first rhubarb, fiddleheads, greenhouse peppers and veggies starts to market!

- Applebarn Pumpkin Farm – full-on greenhouse season begins! Looking forward to their greenhouse peppers.
- Farmer Koo (Southern Acres Nursery & Farm) – Eric will have a truck full of veggie starts, herbs and hanging baskets!
- Natural Village – You’ll find Glenda with veggie starts galore – time to get those gardens in shape!
Vancouver Tree Week
Take part in Vancouver Tree Week this Saturday at the Nat Bailey Farmers Market. The Vancouver Parks Board will be onsite selling trees for only $10! Help Vancouver reach its goal of planting 150,000 trees by 2020 by picking up a tree (or three!) this Saturday! There is a wide variety available, including fruit, flowering, shade and conifer trees.
