Trout Lake – June 27
Pictured Above: Artisan Sake Maker will have BC Rice and sake at the Trout Lake Farmers Market this weekend
It’s going to be a hot one, so come early!
Experience tells us that produce really is the best when it’s straight off the farm and picked up in the morning hours. All this heat means we’ve got cherries, berries, greens, peppers, tomatoes and more…
Don’t miss these vendors:
- Sapo Bravo Organics: Gabe and Katie are back down from Lytton with their delightful fruits. Make sure to say hi!
- Cookies by Miri: Miri only comes a few times a summer with her lovingly baked cookies and delights
- Earnest Ice Cream: It’s been a while since we’ve seen these guys at Trout Lake – here’s hoping their adorable mini ice cream trucks fits into a 10×10 space…
- Jacqueline Robins Ceramics: she’s back after a year hiatus with urban inspired pottery for your home
And just in case you missed it, we’ve got video footage from the Salmon Celebration and last week’s salmon fillet demo from Skipper Otto’s CSF – check it out! You’ve still got time to practice those skills…
We moved! (the Info Booth and Drop Spot that is)
Come pick up market $, VFM merchandise and details about who’s at the market at the Information Booth. We’re under the big tree in the middle of the market (right beside the buskers)
Drop off your food scraps for a $2 fee at the Food Scraps Drop Spot, right across from the Information Booth – we’ll make sure it gets composted and turned back into food!
See you at the market!
