With so many beautiful tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers at the market, this week is a great one for a greek salad! Get your veggies from one of our many organic and non-organic farmers, some olives and olive oil from Dundarave Olive Company, feta cheese from Little Qualicum Cheeseworks and you’ve got yourself a delicious summertime meal.
