Winter Farmers Markets are Back in November
Fall is here, the air is crisp and we can all feel the cold – maybe we are not ready to acknowledge that its time for winter already, but it is here! And just like that, summer markets are nearing the end of 2025 season, as we prepare to open the winter farmers markets soon.
We are ready to bring back the warmth of local food, and community connection all winter long. Starting with Riley Park Winter Farmers Market on Nov 1, 2025 and followed by the Sunday edition of Kitsilano Winter starting Nov 2, 2025 – your favourite winter markets return with the best of BC-grown abundance—from hearty root vegetables and a variety of fruits to fresh dairy, meats, and wild-caught fish. You’ll also find locally made soups, breads, jams, and pickles that will keep your kitchen stocked and your appetite cozy through the season.
Winter farmers markets are more than a place to shop—they’re a way to gather, share a coffee, hear live music, connect with your community; and more than anything, they are a lovely reason to step out in winter months. And unlike many other places, you don’t have to check the sourcing labels. Everything you find here is 100% local, grown or made right here in BC.
