Winter Markets return this weekend!
Vancouver Farmers Markets kicks off its 15th winter season with the opening of Riley Park and Hastings Park Winter Markets this weekend!
This year the Riley Park and Hastings Park winter markets will return to regular market operations after a successful summer of transition under the Step 3 BC Restart Plan. Both markets will operate without capacity limitations but with COVID-19 safety protocols still in place.
A return to regular operations means the removal of the Riley Park Winter Market zone system, with the market occupying the same footprint as in pre-COVID years. Click here for more info and to view the new market map.
Hastings Park Winter Market has expanded this season to offer opportunities to a number of new and diverse vendors. More details can be found on this page.
The winter markets continue to operate as essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic. We ask that everyone in the market community – shoppers, vendors, staff, and volunteers – help us keep the markets safe and open this season by following our COVID-19 protocols.
