Yaletown – June 18
While we didn’t see the cherries we hoped for at Yaletown last week, we were lucky enough to get the first raspberries and blueberries at the market! This hot, dry weather has many crops popping into the market much earlier than expected, each week is a bit of a surprise! We are still pretty excited to see cherries arrive at the market this week!
Many have been awaiting the return of Langley Organic Growers to the Yaletown Farmers Market and after a bit of a late start this season, we are happy to welcome them back this week! Stop by to grab a dozen eggs, jar of sauerkraut, hazelnuts, or fill up those bags with all sorts of organic greens!
Another Yaletown welcome goes to Legend Distilling making their first appearance in Yaletown. Using high quality ingredients from the Okanagan, these premium spirits are a must try!
Returning for the first time this season is Scentimental Creations. You’ll remember Cheryl from last season bringing her high quality body care products that are both good for you and the environment. With father’s day around the corner, she’s got great gift ideas for him.
