Last Nat Bailey before Christmas!
That’s right – this is the last Nat Bailey before all your holiday meals and we’ve got everything you need to make sure they’re delicious! Mashed Helmer potatoes, roasted Forstbauer carrots, sauteed Hannah Brook brussels sprouts and Earth Apple shallot gravy – you really can’t go wrong. Come stock up at the Nat Bailey market this Saturday and support the farmers who make local winter food possible.
Don’t miss these vendors
- Green Coast Craft Coffee: Kelly is offering hot coffee, freshly roasted at Elysian Coffee in Vancouver. His other products include Nitro-tapped Cold Brew Coffee from the Cold Brew Bike and his own cold brew concentrate ideal for your favourite coffee recipes.
- Wenger Sheet Farm: Brigette and Henry are making their rare trek down from William’s Lake with lamb, home-made pasta, wool and special treats. Make sure to say hello and get there early (a lot of the lamb is already spoken for!)
- Mixers & Elixers: Have you heard of shrubs? Have you tried them in your favourite Christmas beverages? They’re a fun way to add flavour to the holidays and would go excellently with that local craft gin you just picked up from Long Table Distillery
Hastings Park: CLOSED December 27; OPEN Jan 3, 10am-2pm
Spread the word – friends don’t let friends show up to an empty parking lot!
