Pick up some natural fruit syrup from Frost Bites to make your summer snow cones or cocktails, some tangy arugula from Langley Organic Growers, and treat yourself to a gooey pecan chocolate (or a few!) from Take A Fancy Chocolate and Sweets!

DON’T MISS:

This Saturday, is Bike to Shop Day! Cycle to the market and be entered in a prize draw for non-perishable goodies and bike related items made by market vendors. Cyclists will also be exempt from the $2 market money fee – just show us your helmet!

The West End Donation Station will be at the market this week for the Dr. Peter Centre Food and Nutrition Program! The program provides a complete and nutrient-dense menu that includes balanced portions of meat or alternatives, vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and dairy products. Any donation you can make is greatly appreciated—please consider filling a brown bag with fruit, vegetables, canned fish, nuts and eggs!
