Spring at the markets is such an exciting time! As the season changes from winter to spring we get the best of both seasons! We’re seeing dandelion greens, miners lettuce, arugula, nettles, spinach, chard, mustards, kale and more spring greens arriving every week. We still have lots of winter staples too; you can find your potatoes, squash and apples!
