Rumour has it there will be blueberries at this week’s market, along with cherries, raspberries and strawberries again! There may even be cherry tomatoes – keep your eyes open for them in the coming markets.

Canadian School of Natural Nutrition will be onsite offering complimentary 20 minute nutritional consultations as well as food literacy games for the kids! At last week’s Main St Market, one of their Registered Holistic Nutritionist’s picked up some beautiful cherries and made the most delectable looking cherry creamsicles.
