In addition to cold pressed he presses under very low pressure to maintain the natural nutrients. He sources his sunflower seeds from BC, sesame from Saskatchewan and pumpkin from Ontario!
- Three Feet Below: Theses guys grow the food they put in jars! And they’re only at the market a few times this season
- Applebarn Pumpkin Farm: Back for the first time this spring with delicious greenhouse-grown produce!
