Donation Station

This week’s recipient of the donation station is the David Thompson Carrot Club. David Thompson Secondary is a F2S-funded school working in partnership with Fresh Roots Urban Farming Society. Together, Fresh Roots and David Thompson’s student Carrot Club are interested in purchasing local organic apples, kale, and other produce for their food preservation program. Help support this important partnership by stopping by this Saturday and donating local produce, cash & market money are also accepted. Thanks in advance for your generous support!

Hastings Park Winter Market

If you miss Nat Bailey, be sure to head to the east side to pick up your weekly groceries! Every Sunday the Hastings Park Winter Farmers Market runs 10-2pm until the end of April. It has lots of FREE parking and more vendors than ever before! *Details here*
