Summer season starts May 1st!
May 1st marks the start of another summer season for Vancouver Farmers Markets, with markets opening at Riley Park (Sat, 10am-2pm), Trout Lake (Sat, 9am-2pm), and Kitsilano (Sun, 9:30-2:30pm)! As we continue to operate our markets under strict COVID-19 protocols, we ask our shoppers for their continued support in following physical distancing and other safety measures while at the markets.
New this year
Main St. Station Farmers Market: our Wednesday market at 1100 Station St. will be closed in 2021 due to construction on the new St. Paul’s Hospital. While we plan to return to this location in 2022, we’re excited to announce that in the meantime, shoppers will have two other nearby markets to shop at this summer!
Downtown Farmers Market: opens Wednesday, June 2nd at šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square – Vancouver Art Gallery North Plaza! This market will run every Wednesday from 2pm-6pm until October 6th and feature many vendors from our Main St. Station Farmers Market, along with some new exciting farms and producers, food and coffee trucks. False Creek Farmers Market: opens Thursday, June 3rd at Concord Community Park, just two blocks west of Main St. Station Farmers Market. This market will run every Thursday from 2pm-6pm until October 7th and feature a great mix of farm product, prepared food, food and coffee trucks each. More details on our False Creek page.
Kitsilano Farmers Market: our Sunday market at Kitsilano Community Centre (10th & Larch) has new extended hours this summer! The market will now run from 9:30am-2:30pm to help alleviate wait times from last season, though shoppers should note that we will continue to reserves the first 30 mins of each market day for seniors (65+), people with mobility challenges, and others most vulnerable to COVID-19.

Trout Lake: May 1 – October 30, 2021. 9am-2pm, 13th Avenue & Lakewood Drive.
Kitsilano: May 2 – October 31, 2021. 9:30am-2:30pm, 10th Avenue & Larch Street (Kitsilano Community Centre).
West End: May 22 – October 30, 2021. 9am-2pm, 1100 Comox Street.
Mount Pleasant: May 23 – October 31, 2021. 10am-2pm, 8th Avenue & Guelph Street (Dude Chilling Park).
Main St. Station: closed for 2021 due to area construction.
Downtown: June 2 – October 6, 2021. 2pm-6pm, šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square – Vancouver Art Gallery North Plaza, 750 Hornby Street & Georgia Street
False Creek: June 3 – October 7, 2021, 2pm-6pm, Concord Community Park, 50 Pacific Blvd.
